·       Review all procedures and arrangements with Operations Manager/Owner

·       Communicate and review with kitchen manager of upcoming events dates, # of guests, food requirements, time of event, type of service, buffet, plated etc.

·       Make arrangements with clients for upcoming events. ie use of restaurant or grounds, type of service

·       Maintains operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures; determining and implementing improvements as needed.  

·       Maintains customer satisfaction by monitoring food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred patrons.

·       Manage customer complaints

·       Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·       Monitor staff performance, ensure they are following restaurant policies and procedures

·       Daily and weekly inventory count, review with Owner/Operations Manager

·       Works closely with Owner/Operations Manager to review revenues and daily operations and modify as needed

·       Adaptable to working conditions

·       Assist Waitstaff, Bartender, host, kitchen and hotel staff as required

·       Brand Ambassador, promoting and participating in restaurant events, volunteering in community

·       Interacting with customers and co-workers in a respectful, professional and dignified manner


·       3+ years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

·       Proven experience with restaurant point of sale systems; Silverware POS, Microsoft word, Excel and Web Rez Pro PMS preferred.
