‍During this time guests of our cottage rentals are required to bring their own bedding, pillows and towels. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

‍A landing with one double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds

‍Cottage Cancellation Policy:
‍No charge if guest cancels by 3:00pm 21 days prior to arrival. If less than 21 days’ notice is given, guest will lose their deposit. If guest cancels 7 days prior to date of arrival, will be charged FULL rental cost. Deposit is refunded after guests have checked out and the cottage has been cleaned and checked for damages. Please note there is a 3 night minimum for long weekends. We do not give refunds for inclement weather.

‍Security Deposit:
‍A $100 security deposit is taken at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after guests have checked out and the cottage has been cleaned and checked for damages.Note: There is a separate cancellation policy for groups and rooms
