‍Bring your own bedding:
Please bring your own bedding and towels , if this is not possible we would be happy to provide bedding for you at an additional cost of $200. and $25 per person charge for towels. This includes sheets and blankets for all the beds and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth per guest. Pillows with pillow cases are provided at no additional cost.

‍Cottage Cancellation Policy:
No charge if guest cancels by 3:00pm 21 days prior to arrival, If less than 21 days notice is given, guest will lose their deposit, If less than 7 days notice is given, FULL rental cost will be charged and deposit will be forfeited. Please note there is a 3 night minimum for long weekends. We do not give refunds for inclement weather or early check-outs.

‍Security Deposit:
‍A $150. security deposit is taken at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after guests have checked out and the cottage has been cleaned and checked for damages.Note: There is a separate cancellation policy for groups and rooms
