Three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed and two with one double bed each. 1 pullout couch in the living room. Large eat-in kitchen, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, silverware and utensils.
Dish soap, tea towels and sponge is provided.

Bring your own bedding:
Please bring your own bedding and towels , if this is not possible we would be happy to provide bedding for you at an additional cost of $150. and $20 per person charge for towels. This includes sheets and blankets for all the beds and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth per guest. Pillows with pillow cases are provided at no additional cost.

Cottage Cancellation Policy:
‍No charge if guest cancels by 3:00pm 21 days prior to arrival, If less than 21 days notice is given, guest will lose their deposit, If less than 7 days notice is given, FULL rental cost will be charged and deposit will be forfeited. Please note there is a 3 night minimum for long weekends. We do not give refunds for inclement weather or early check-outs.

Security Deposit:
A $150. security deposit is taken at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after guests have checked out and the cottage has been cleaned and checked for damages.

Note: There is a separate cancellation policy for groups and rooms.
